no post for past two years

i suddenly decided to “reactivate” this blog because i needed a place to output my thoughts

being a complete slacker in these days

just moving my eyes in the bed for hours, knowing that there are tons of things supposed to be done

don’t take this wrong. i’m not depressed or anything, seriously

so searching for the reasons, i realized that i’m lack of input and output here iｎ japan. i rarely go online here, rarely read newspaper, and rarely watch TV. i rarely write a blog post, rarely use twitter, and rarely use diary.

maybe i was just too busy to input med stuff learning at school….maybe i was, but it can’t be an appropriate reason.

i hear a word “4 years” from the TV everyday since the olympic is going on. “the olympic atheletes have been putting their 100% effort for four years just for today.” it is easy to say the word, 4 years, but i think 4 years is super long. i recalled that i watched the olympic game in front of the TV in the middletown after the yale summer program, before the frosh orientation. that is four years ago. people go through a lot within 4 years, and they change a lot. swimmers repeated swimming 100m laps for four years. jyudo players has repeated the jyudo match for four years. i just cant believe there are actually people who can put their 100% effort in one thing, just to pursue one goal. it’s just unbelievable.

application essay

now it’s past midnight. i’m writing a blog post when i’m supposed to write an application essay for medschool. i’ve written essays for two schools already, so it shouldn’t be that hard to write another one. but the reason why it’s so hard is that two essays i’ve written on the same topic, “what experience made you want to become a doctor? what kind of doctor do you want to become? explain what you have done in college and how you want to use them.”, turned out to be totally different for each school as each school wants different kind of students. i mean, to begin with, it is almost impossible to include all these info in two pages. and also it doesn’t really make sense that i have to choose one single experience that made me want to become a doctor. i feel like this question is giving me an indirect instruction to make up a story. after spending ten minutes for writing this sarcastic post, i finally realized that i have to write an application essay anyway. so, peace out!

A woman who does not move when she supposed to, but does move so fast when she does not need to.

1. They stop walking at the door immediately after entering the cafe (maybe to take a little break), while people behind them are all stuck.

2. They run super fast towards the vacant seats in order to secure them when there are obviously enough seats for everyone.
